This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We do not use your conversation content for advertising. We do not use your uploaded images, conversations, or generated characters to train AI models.

2. Data We Collect

A) Account Information

• Email address
• Name (as provided by you)
• Authentication/session data (including Google sign-in where used)
• 18+ confirmation via checkbox (we do not collect date of birth)

B) Conversation Data

• Text you type
• Speech-to-text transcriptions of your voice input (we store the text transcription, not raw audio)

C) Uploaded Images and Custom Characters (Beni Studio)

If you use Beni Studio to create a custom character:

• Uploaded images: We store the image you upload in order to generate and maintain your character (including future edits such as tier upgrades). Uploaded images are retained while your account is active and are deleted when your account is deleted in response to a valid deletion request.
